⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Sandwiches & Great Service! I had an absolutely delicious fried chicken sandwich at Paul’s Subs & Wraps! The bread was perfect—no trans fat—and the sandwich was packed with crispy fried chicken, fresh tomato, lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, even compared to places in Texas! They also made a wrap with the same ingredients, and it was just as tasty. Other people in my group had the lobster roll, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The iced tea was a great deal at just $2.50. The food was prepared very quickly, the staff was super friendly, and the overall atmosphere was nice. I’d definitely come back—highly recommend this place!

I tried several hot lobster rolls while visiting Boston and this is by far the best one. Not only was the food amazing but they loaded it up with lobster. The service was top notch and the prices are much cheaper than the public markets downtown. It’s a small establishment and they only have a few seats. I was fortunate to visit between lunch and dinner so thankfully I was able to grab a seat.

If you’re looking for the best lobster rolls in Boston, Pauli’s is the place. We’ve only ever ordered the lobster rolls—because they’re that good, we haven’t been able to try anything else! Packed with fresh, tender lobster meat and just the right amount of seasoning and dressing, every bite is rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The rolls are buttery and perfectly toasted, and the portion sizes are super generous. It’s a casual, no-frills spot, but the quality speaks for itself. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Pauli’s lobster rolls are a must. Tip: Order your food to go and enjoy it at North End Park—just a short walk away. Great views, plenty of seating, and the perfect way to soak in the neighborhood!

Delicious hot buttery lobster roll inside a toasted roll. The size was. A bit small but it was filled with lobster meat. It was hot and smothered with butter leaving every bite warm and juicy. It’s a small store would recommend grabbing the roll and eating at the park across the street. The onion rolls were also super crispy and delicious.

First of all let me tell you the fish and chips were delightful, no question there. Me and my fiance were dining in and they have very few seats inside since it's a small place but nevertheless we had what one would consider the best seats, right in front of the window. But as soon as we sat we realized why those seats were empty and that's because instead of overlooking the beautiful street of little Italy, it overlooks the restaurant's trash cans. That street also held some sort of parade that day and I thought it was the saint Anthony feast but I don't think that is until later in August. I thought maybe the parade would bring it up to 5 stars but unfortunately I was not that impressed by it. I mean come on, I genuinely would have given the 5 stars if it wasn't for the pile of trash. Initially I was going to give a 4 star review. What made it even worse is that they kept throwing away more trash while we were there and by the time I snapped the picture of the window, a good portion of it was blocked by trash. Very disappointed. If you're ordering out then no problem. And this review is not a reflection of the food's quality but rather an overall quality of my experience there. If I am ever back in the area and see that they moved the trash bags I will reevaluate my rating.

Small place in the heart of the city serving wide range of sandwiches. Famous for lobster based dishes. Tried their signature hot lobster roll, it’s was delicious soaked in hot butter and perfect for the cold weather of Boston. Would definitely go back and try more items on their menu. Went in the early hours pretty sure get crowded as the day gets going.
